the confirmed number the client will be billed for the guaranteed amount.

guest count is due 5 business days prior to the event date. Final menu selections is due no later than 10 business
days. Should your guest count or menu increase dramatically after that date our staff will make all possible
arrangements to accommodate your guests, although additional service fees may apply. Any cancellations done
done within 5 business days of your event will require full payment for the expense of the food purchased
