We have an extremely polished and trained staff for a wide variety of events in and around the DFW metroplex. Currently we have 300+ fresh-faced, trained, presentable, well spoken (all English-speaking) and experienced TABC Certified Bartenders; “fine-dining” trained Servers / Leads / Captains, Bussers, Cake Cutters, Coat-checkers, Porters, Chefs, Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, and Dishwashers. Basically we can supply the entire “front” and “back-of-the-house” event staff.
