The venue is available for private or semi-private booking 7 days/nights a week. Minimum spend pricing depends on date, time, and duration of the event along with additional needs for staffing levels and/or food catering.

Terms and Conditions
Non-refundable deposit due for event booking. Will be determined by date, time, and duration of event. Non-refundable deposit is due upon signing event agreement. Payment for the event made be paid in full on the day/night of the event.
Cancellation will incur a loss of non-refundable deposit and additional charges may apply depending on time frame of cancellation prior to the event. Details will be discussed with client in the event agreement.
We accept Credit Card, Cash, PayPal (client to incur any fees associated with payment).
A minimum of three hours is required. Taxes & service fees are not included in the base hourly rate. No alcohol will be provided when choosing a "MEETING EVENT".
