• Attend and direct entire event until events conclusion

EVENT / WEDDING MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
Terms:
This agreement is made and effective the day of online booking between Swank Soiree (“Event/Wedding Planner”) and person booking online through Eventective (”client”) with reference to thier named event to be held on the date listed in booking; in Dallas – Fort Worth, Texas (the “Event”).
The parties, intending to be legally bound, agree as follows:
1. Client hereby agrees to hire, and does hire, Event / Wedding Planner to plan and coordinate the program and presentations for Event, as set forth on the online booking package.
2. Client agrees to pay Event / Wedding planner a fee of $3,000 (the “Event Management Fee”), to be paid as follows:
Non Refundable Retainer of $1,500 due 10 days after booking .
Final Payment of $1,500 due two weeks prior to wedding date via credit card,cashier check or money order.
3. Any changes made to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by all parties. Both parties may cancel this agreement, in writing for any reason. If the wedding / event is cancelled refunds are limited to unearned fees minus original retainer. A client initiated cancellation less than 6 months prior to the wedding / event (except in cases of death of immediate family member or terrorism in which case a credit memo will be issued) there will be no refunds. If the client cancels the contract but the wedding / event is not cancelled there will be no refunds.
4. Event / Wedding Planner agree to perform all services it deems necessary to accomplish the tasks set forth in the attached proposal. All services will be performed in a professional manner.
5. In addition to the fees set forth in Paragraph 2, client agrees to reimburse Event / Wedding Planner for all approved expenses incurred by Event / Wedding Planner over and above customary expenditures. Reimbursement shall be made upon presentation of receipts. “Customary Expenditures” as used herein is limited to Event / Wedding Planner’s administrative costs, normal overhead, and normal payroll expenses. Out of pocket expenses incurred specifically for the Event will be charged to Client, including but not limited to postage, invitations, labels, event signage, name tags, etc. All reasonable expenses in excess of $100 will be subject to Client’s prior approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
6. Client has/shall work with Event / Wedding Planner to determine a firm budget for the event.
7. Swank Soiree is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances due to weather or other acts of God. Any changes to location of event without advance notice will be fulfilled to the best of our ability. Swank Soiree reserves the right to make necessary changes to designs to fit new location.
8. All artist renderings and designs produced by Swank Soiree remain the property of Swank Soiree.
9. All set up fees and applicable sales tax have been included in the contract total. For events located out of the planner’s immediate service area (Dallas - Fort Worth) the client is responsible for lodging cost of one room for one night before and the night of the event. The lodging cost will be billed to client at a rate of $100.00 per night. Lodging cost is not included in this contract total unless specified, and will be billed separately at the conclusion of event.
10. A copy of this Agreement shall have the same effect as the original.

In the event this contract is not returned with signature, deposit and final payment (when requested) within the stated period outlined in paragraph 2, this contract becomes null and void. Day Director
Our Day-Of menu begins approximately 8 weeks before your wedding. It is necessary to meet this far in advance so that we can be sure to accurately capture your vision. We are at the end of the heat ready to grab the baton and bring the event home with the gold. The professional staff of Swank Soiree will pick up where you left off and tie up all loose ends with your hired vendors. Your day director will insure it all comes together.
Wedding Management – Vendor selection and excellent organization are key to a successful& fun wedding day.
• Your day of coordinator will meet with you approximately 8 weeks prior to your wedding day to become familiar with your plans and contracts
• Unlimited email, and phone consultations
• Guidance to clear any confusion relating to proper wedding etiquette
• Act as a third party unbiased mediator you can turn to for advice throughout the entire planning process.
• Phone meetings with all vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding date to assure that are details are finalized
• Vendor referral list for any remaining vendor needs
• Preparation of accurate, efficient and detailed wedding timeliness in addition to rehearsal and wedding day management.
• Collection of any wedding items at the rehearsal to be brought and setup on wedding day
Dream day – Organize all details as an experienced event team who understands the intricacies of planning a wedding that runs smoothly and on schedule.
• Act as principal liaison on behalf of client
• Attend and direct the wedding ceremony rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
• Attend and direct wedding ceremony and reception (Unlimited wedding day coverage)
• Supervise post-event move-out and closing of accounts with vendors.
