2 hour booking minimum.
Deposit delivered via electronic invoice and can be paid via cash or card
Upon your signature and receipt of deposit, the Photographer will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other any other booking reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the Reservation Deposit is non-refundable, even if the date is changed or event cancelled for any reason, including acts of God, fire, strike, and extreme weather.
The booking deposit is to be paid at time of signing the contract. Deposit amount is 50% of total event/session cost. The deposit is applied towards the total amount of booking fee. The client understands and agrees that the entire amount owed for the event/session booked in the contract is due on the outstanding balance due date. The client agrees if the balance is not paid by this time, the photographer will not provide a final product, resulting in a loss of booking deposit by Client and no liability to the Photographer.
RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION
At least 48hr notice must be given for an appointment reschedule. Client will be responsible for any venue fees. Photographer maintains the right to reschedule due to inclement weather, illness, or emergency. In the event of a photographer reschedule, the client will not be held responsible for any additional venue or travel fees incurred for the appointment. Cancellations can be made at least 48hrs prior to session date at no additional charge. If cancellation is made within 48hrs of shoot date client is then response for full session price with the option to reschedule the session at an additional 25% desposit of remaining shoot balance.
