Terms and Conditions

- A project deposit of 50% is required before the start of the event. This deposit allows us to reserve your filming date. On the day of the event, the remaining 50% is due before the start of filming. - Any filming that goes over the 10-hour mark will be added onto the bill at a rate of time and a half. $82.50/hour. If the client allows the videographer to take a 1-hour break, that time will not be included in the 10-hour work shift. - Any travel over 1 hour from our office address will be billed at an additional fee of $50/hour.
