Our Personal Touch At ChefNIC catering and Co. we have a secret ingredient in the kitchen and on the service floor. This special element of our company is what sets us apart from others and gives us an advantage over other companies in the food and entertainment business. “I AM MY FOOD AND MY FOOD IS ME” We believe in cooking with love and care and do all we can possible for those that dine on our food to feel that love, passion and care as they indulge in the food. But that’s not where it ends we have taken that to another level and brought it out in our service. We only hire people that love what they are doing and want to make an impact on the clients they are serving. Please take note that we believe in taking care of each client and event on a special level. We do have our set menus and have our guidelines that we go by when conducting events and serving those that are dining on the meals we prepare. However we will create any dish that you may ask for, even if it isn’t listed in our menu. This is extended to our service as well. We know that many people plan out their event to specific standards and themes, so please let us know in advance when booking how we can accommodate you i.e.(special attire, themed, special greeting and so on.)
