The Hall’s Block building was built in 1883 by Captain Frank W. Hall and was originally used as the first hardware store in Dahlonega. This charming three-story brick building has had many uses through the years and is currently being used to host several wonderful shops and the Dahlonega Market Place. The Market Place is rich with history and character and still features most of its original structure, including the well-worn hardwood floors!
Our beautiful venue is the perfect setting for your private or social occasions, as well as business/corporate functions. The Market Place is a 3,600 sq. ft. historic building decorated with subtle elegance and is available to host events 50 to 250 people. The charming three story brick building has great character with gorgeous windows and beautiful views of the Historic Dahlonega Square.
