Outdoor Wedding - An Eventective User from Riverside, CA

I had my wedding at the San Moritz Lodge in Crestline, California. The city of Crestline is a small town in the San Bernardino mountains off the 210 freeway. Nestled in a valley at the top of a mountain Crestline is a perfect setting for a wedding surrounded by nature, with nearby lodging and entertainment. A beautiful experience, in a beautiful setting. There is a perfectly landscaped ceremony lawn, and a huge reception hall that holds 400 people. The catering is excellent, the staff above par for the area but not great for a black tie affair, and the premises is impeccably clean and well-kept. Excellent location for out of town guests, with the North Shore Inn a stone's throw away, it is a cozy little 10 room inn, with flat screen TV's and fireplaces in every room. The owners and staff at the San Moritz are very friendly and helpful. The weather is absolutely perfect in spring and summer, usually a good twenty degrees cooler than the city below. Both the lodge and nearby inn are fairly priced and very close to Lake Gregory and local shopping.
