Terms and Conditions

DEPOSIT: 25% Due 90 Days Prior to Arrival Date. FULL PAYMENT: Due 30 Days Prior to Arrival Date. ATTRITION: Hotel is relying on, and the Group agrees to provide, a minimum dollar amount of guest room revenue/Meeting rentals/ catering as outlined in this agreement. This is established as 100% of rooms blocked each night as noted above. CANCELLATION POLICY: The Group agrees to notify the Hotel in writing to cancel this agreement. The Group understands that the business of the Hotel is dependent upon the maximization of its sales of rooms and facilities. The Group also understands that cancellation of any event, including the Group’s event, greatly affects the Hotel’s business. Those rooms and facilities previously reserved are taken “off the market” for some period of time and therefore unavailable to anyone but the Group. Because of the difficulty in ascertaining the exact loss that the Hotel would suffer as a result of the Group’s cancellation, the Group agrees to the following as cancellation fees: • If the Group does not show or cancels the event prior to 91 days before the scheduled date of the event, then the Group agrees to pay the Hotel the 25% total agreed price for the guestrooms, facilities meeting room rentals, food and beverage, and any other items as outlined in this agreement. • If the Group does not show or cancels the event 90-61 days before the scheduled date of the event, then the Group agrees to pay the Hotel the 50% total agreed price for the event, guestrooms, facilities and food and beverage as outlined in this agreement. • If the Group does not show or cancels the event 60-31 days before the scheduled date of the event, then the Group agrees to pay the Hotel the 75% total agreed price for the event, guestrooms, facilities and food and beverage as outlined in this agreement. • If the Group does not show or cancels the event thirty (30) days before the scheduled date of the event, then the Group agrees to pay the Hotel the entire and total agreed price for the event, including all charges for guestrooms, facilities and food and beverage as outlined in this agreement.
