Terms and Conditions

Deposit: A deposit of 50% at the time of booking; this deposit is nonrefundable. Balance is due thirty (30) days prior to event. Security Deposit: $500.00 for all events. Refundable if space is left clean as found on arrival. Cancelation: Deposit is nonrefundable. If final payment has been made prior to 30 days of event, that payment shall be refundable. If cancelation takes place 30 days or closer to the event, all payments are nonrefundable. Allotted Time: • 6 hours for the event, starting a half-hour prior to ceremony time. • Includes 3 hours prior to ceremony time for vendor and space set-up. • Overtime fee of $250 per hour, billable in half-hour increments, for hours needed before the event for additional set-up, or extended stay beyond the 6 hours scheduled. Staff Support: Will provide comprehensive Wedding Management/Day Of Coordination services for the entirety of the event.
