Charming, Cozy, Intimate, Historic, Beautiful. Located in rural southwest Iowa, 90 miles from Des Moines or Omaha. The first floor has a large lobby with large plate glass windows, a main entrance and a handicapped accessible one. Field Conference room is an intimate room for 48 that attaches to a kitchenette (frig & microwave available). There's also a licensed kitchen. The main restrooms are on this level. The grand staircase or elevator will take you to the second floor lobby with beautiful window turret, restroom, concession stand and the auditorium. The historic auditorium in shades of 1902 pinks/maroons has the original hardwood floor (great for dancing), flexible seating arrangements, a raked stage, and a horseshoe shaped balcony with 166 fixed seats. The auditorium has state of the art lights and sound. Under the stage is a very unique make-up room and behind the stage are 2 large dressing rooms (green rooms) complete with bathrooms and a rehearsal space.
