To secure your preferred date and ensure our availability We require a nonrefundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the total quoted amount. This deposit serves as a commitment fee and confirms the reservation of our services for your event. Following the consultation and receipt of a detailed quote, we kindly request that the deposit be paid within 72 hours to guarantee the booking. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 5 days before the scheduled event date. Please note that in the event of cancellation, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are open to discussing potential rescheduling options based on availability and mutual agreement.
