Terms and Conditions

Rental Terms: 1. Rental Duration: The rental period for one event is from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight) on the specified date. 2. Deposit: A refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure the rental reservation. This deposit must be paid upfront to confirm the booking. 3. Additional Sound and Stage Usage: If the sound system and stage are utilized during the event, an additional deposit of $500 is required. This deposit is also refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the equipment after the event. 4. Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of $50 will be deducted from the deposit if the venue is not returned to its original condition, including cleanliness, at the end of the rental period. 5. Payment: Full payment for the rental fee, including any applicable deposits, must be made prior to the start of the event. 6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 7. Damages: The renter is responsible for any damages incurred to the venue or equipment during the rental period and may be charged accordingly. 8. Compliance: The renter agrees to comply with all venue rules and regulations, including noise ordinances and capacity limits. 9. Refund of Deposit: The deposit(s) will be returned within 7-14 business days after the event, pending inspection and confirmation of compliance with the terms and conditions outlined herein. By making payment of the deposit, the renter acknowledges and agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions for the rental of The Train Station venue.
