*Payments and Deposits
Invoice, Contracts and Riders will been sent via email within 3 business days of booking. Deposits must be paid within 5 business days of receiving contracts to secure dates unless otherwise agreed upon.
*Cancellation Policy
[FREEDOVE, LLC ] Event Entertainer Cancellation Policy
We value and respect your time, as well as ours which is why a cancellation policy is a key component to booking your event. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may change. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Booking Confirmation:
A valid contract and deposit are required to secure our services for your event. Deposits must be made within 5 business days to secure the date of your event.
2. Cancellation Timeline:
Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 35 days of the event date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, unless at the discretion of the entertainer, another arrangement has been made or, the event has been postponed or rescheduled.
3. Rescheduling:
In the event that you need to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate the new date, subject to our availability. No additional fees will be charged for rescheduling.
4. Force Majeure:
In cases of extreme circumstances such as natural disasters, unforeseen emergencies, or government mandates that render it impossible to provide our services, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement. In such cases, we will issue a full refund of any payments made.
5. Client Responsibilities:
It is the client's responsibility to notify us of any changes or cancellations in writing via email or certified mail.
6. Refunds:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation notice in writing.
7. Additional Charges:
Any additional costs incurred by the entertainer, such as travel expenses, accommodations, or equipment rentals, that cannot be recouped due to a cancellation within the specified timeline will be billed to the client.
8. Non-Payment:
Failure to pay any outstanding balances or cancellation fees may result in legal action to recover the owed amount.
This cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties and to ensure that we can continue to provide exceptional entertainment services. By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
