Terms and Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY If event is canceled, no portion of the fees paid to Consultant will be returned. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if available. EVENT The Client expressly agrees to use their best efforts to provide the Consultant and Consultant's staff with safe and appropriate working conditions. The definition of safe and appropriate working conditions includes, but is not limited to, a workplace free from physical, verbal, or other forms of harassment, intimidation or violence, and one that complies with all applicable health and safety regulations. Should circumstances arise that are deemed by either the Consultant or a reasonable bystander to present a threat or implied threat of injury or harm to the Consultant's staff or equipment, the Consultant reserves the right to suspend or cancel all services remaining under this Agreement and leave the event. The Consultant may choose to apply a three-strike policy at their discretion. After the first incident, the Consultant will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client or a designated responsible party. If the Client is/are able to address and rectify the threatening situation within a reasonable time frame (maximum of 15 minutes), the Consultant shall resume work according to the original terms of this Agreement. If the threatening or offending behaviour occurs for a second time, the Client agrees to remove the offending person from the premises for the remainder of the event. If the behaviour occurs a third time, the Consultant reserves the right to immediately leave the event. If the Consultant terminates their services early due to such offending behaviour, the Client expressly agrees to hold the Consultant harmless from any liability or claims resulting from incomplete event coverage or any lapse in the quality of the Consultant's work. Furthermore, the Client will remain responsible for full payment as per the terms of this Agreement.
