Recommended Terms & Conditions for Hummingbird Jamaican Restaurant & Catering 1. Introduction Welcome to Hummingbird Jamaican Restaurant & Catering. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. 2. Services Provided We offer dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering services. Catering services can be customized based on customer requests, including non-Jamaican cuisines. Orders must be placed in advance for catering and delivery, subject to availability. 3. Orders & Payments Orders must be placed via our website, phone, or in person. Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and online payment methods. For catering services, a deposit may be required to confirm bookings. 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy Restaurant Orders: Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless there is an error on our part. Catering Orders: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3-6 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable due to preparation costs. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 5-7 business days. 5. Delivery & Pickup Policy Delivery is available within specified areas and subject to fees. Customers must provide accurate address and contact details. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. Pickup orders should be collected within the specified timeframe to maintain food quality. 6. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions We prepare food in a kitchen that processes common allergens (e.g., nuts, shellfish, dairy, gluten). While we strive to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers must notify us of any food allergies when placing an order. 7. Liability Disclaimer Hummingbird Jamaican Restaurant & Catering is not liable for any health-related issues arising from food consumption, including allergic reactions. We are not responsible for damages, losses, or claims beyond the cost of the service provided. 8. Changes to Terms & Conditions We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
