Choosing Otherworld for your event allows you and your guests to experience every exhibit and space. We do not limit the number of rooms you can explore. We have onsite bar staff and ability to add bars inside the exhibit to make your guests experience even better. rivate rentals include access to the entire exhibit for just you and your group. We do not limit the number of rooms you can explore. Private rentals also include on-site staff support, safety staff, and event hosts for your every need. It also includes complimentary setup and teardown time to bring your event vision to life for your guests. Basic pricing info: $25 per guest for the first hour and $15 per guest for each additional hour. Bar is not included in this cost. Bar pricing is based on either cash or open bar and the total number of guests. All prices are subject to change. Otherworld has a capacity of 120-150 for seated guests. This is only for banquets and receptions. We can accommodate up to 850 guests without seating.
