Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases of cancellation by One Guy and a Bar. Events must be booked at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability. 2. Pricing & Payment All pricing is customized based on event details, guest count, duration, and bar service options. Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Venmo, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. Any additional hours or services requested on the event day will be billed accordingly. 3. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of payments made (excluding the deposit). Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable. 4. Alcohol Policy One Guy and a Bar provides bartending services only and does not supply alcohol. Clients are responsible for purchasing and ensuring legal compliance. Service may be refused to guests who are intoxicated or underage. 5. Liability & Insurance One Guy and a Bar is not responsible for any incidents related to alcohol consumption. Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance if required by the venue. 6. Travel Fees Events outside a 30-mile radius of Columbus, OH may be subject to a travel fee, calculated based on distance
