A valid credit card number provided prior to your event will guarantee your event's time and date. Full payment is due after the event. Payment may be made with credit card, cash, cashier's check, or company check. All contracted events must be paid as one check, splitting checks is not permitted. The contracted amount is an estimate based on your party's food selection and estimated bar bill. You are responsible for any additional costs incurred. Your group has until 72 hours prior to your event to provide Hofbräuhaus with a guaranteed guest number. You will be charged for the guaranteed number or the number who attend, whichever is greater. All food and beverage items are subject to 7.5% sales tax. If the person responsible for payment is not going to be present, please let us know what percentage of gratuity you would like us to add to the bill, 20% is the customary amount for all booked banquets. Tax exempt organizations must supply tax exempt ID# at time of booking. Contracted parties are not eligible for Loyalty Program points or Happy Hour pricing. Payment for contracted events cannot be made with pre-purchased, discounted gift cards from Warehouse Clubs such as Costco and Sam's Clubs. Cancellation: Parties wishing to have their party in the Biergarten/outdoors may do so at their own risk. Unless contracted prior to the event indoor space will be not be provided as an alternative. If the event is canceled due to weather, acts of God, war, or civil unrest, no charges will be placed on the credit card and we will do our best to reschedule. Cancellations for any other reason less than 7 days prior to the contracted date may incur a $200 service charge applied to the credit card used for guarantee. Event Changes: Changes can be made to the menu up to 1 week prior to your event. Hofbräuhaus must approve any changes to the menu and reserves the right to refuse any menu changes. Hofbräuhaus must approve any itinerary changes. We reserve the right to refuse any itinerary changes. If changes are attempted within 1 week of event and Hofbräuhaus cannot accommodate the change, the event will be canceled and a $200 service charge will be assessed to the credit card used for guarantee. Fees incurred for any additional setup on the day of the event will also be assessed. Food & Beverage Changes: Please make sure your arrival and food service times are accurate. Food is prepared to be served at banquet times and will not be remade without a service charge added on to the per person price.
