Half deposit made upon signing this Agreement. Included Amenities The Event Studio rental includes the following: 1. **Tables and Chairs:** - 4 round tables - 3 rectangular tables - 100 chairs 2. **Audio-Visual Equipment:** - 2 loud Bluetooth speakers - 2 wireless microphones - 1 stage - 1 60-inch TV for slide shows 3. **Venue Features:** - Red carpet entrance - VIP parking directly in front of the event venue door - Massive free parking area - Bathroom facilities - Office space available for use during the event Cancellation Policy - The deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the Client, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to the event date. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will result in forfeiture of all payments. Liability The Client assumes all responsibility for any damages to The Event Studio and its property during the rental period. The Client agrees to leave the premises in the same condition as upon arrival. This Agreement should be reviewed by both parties to ensure all details are accurate and agreeable. The deposit must be received to officially reserve the date.
