What's Included:
-Exclusive Use of the Venue: You will have full access to Cedar Crest Farm's beautiful outdoor spaces, which are perfect for creating a unique and personalized event.
-Flexible Layout Options: With our raw event space, you have the freedom to design the layout and setup according to your vision. You can arrange the seating, decor, and staging to suit your event's needs.
-Ample Parking: Our venue provides plenty of parking space for your guests, making it convenient for everyone attending.
-Basic Utilities: Access to basic electricity and water is included.
-On-Site Support: Our team will be available onsite the day of your event to assist with any logistical questions.
What's Not Included:
-Event Planning and Coordination: We do not provide event planning services. You will need to handle all aspects of planning, coordination, and execution yourself or with someone you hire.
-Furniture and Equipment: Rented tables, chairs, tents, or other event furniture are not included. You will need to arrange for these items separately.
-Catering and Staffing: Food and beverage services, along with catering staff, are not included. You will need to hire your own catering company or bring your own food and beverage arrangements.
-Decorations: Decorations are not provided. You are free to decorate the space as you wish with some limitations.
-Set up: You will be responsible for all set up.
-Cleanup Services: After your event, you will be responsible for cleaning up and returning the space to its original condition.

Terms and Conditions
1. Rental Fees and Payment
1.1. Rental Fee: Based on Hourly Rate
1.2 Reservation Fee: Nonrefundable fee to secure Event Date
1.3. Deposit: 25% of rental fee (due upon signing Agreement)
1.4. Balance Due: Remaining Balance due 30 days before the Event Date
1.5. Payment Method: Credit Card, Check, ACH Wire
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Cancellation by Client:
- If the Client cancels the event 90 days or more before the Event Date, the Client will receive a full refund of the deposit minus the reservation fee.
- If the Client cancels the event less than 90 days before the Event Date, the deposit will be forfeited.
2.2. Cancellation by Owner:
- The Owner reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made.
3. Use of Event Space
3.1. The Client is granted the right to use the event space located at 142 Knowlton Ave. Columbia, NJ on the Event Date during the Event Time.
3.2. The Client agrees to use the event space only for the purpose stated in this Agreement.
3.3. The Client shall not make any alterations to the event space without prior written consent from the Owner.
4. Responsibilities
4.1. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the event space is used in a safe and orderly manner.
4.2. The Client agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
4.3. The Client is responsible for any damages to the event space or its contents caused by the Client or the Client's guests.
5. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the Client's use of the event space.
6. Insurance
The Client is required to obtain event insurance and provide proof of such insurance to the Owner prior to the Event Date.
7. Miscellaneous
7.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
7.2. This Agreement may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.
7.3. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Jersey.
