Seating: 8 foot table with chairs. Additional seating and tables available.
On-Site Staff to assist with Event Logistics

Craft Workshops are available for your party at an additional $10-$20 per person

Required Deposit
Customer shall pay a $100 non-refundable deposit upon signing the space rental agreement.
Cancellation Policy
If, after booking the space, customer cancels the event, customer is liable for the following costs:
31-15 days prior to the event - 50 % of the estimated total cost
14 days prior to the event - 75 % of the estimated total cost
Less than 14 days prior to the event - 100 % of the estimated total cost
DoodleHATCH shall also be entitled to charge customer for any products or services obtained for the Customer from third parties.
Payment
DoodleHATCH requires payment of 50% of the estimated invoice total 14 days prior to the event and payment of the balance on completion of the event and receipt of a final accounting/invoice from DoodleHATCH. Payment only by cash, credit card or bank check.
