Terms and Conditions

Payments Client agrees to pay Photographer a total compensation of _____$999.00___ for all services rendered as defined by the invoice and/or within this contract. All payments are due in full prior to the wedding date unless payment arrangements have been made. Photos will not be processed or viewable until payment in full is received. If Client has arranged a payment plan, orders will be placed or delivered after the final payment has been received. Session Reservation Fee As part of the fees/amounts listed as payments the Client agrees to a Reservation Fee of __$400.00____ due upon booking in order to hold the requested date. Reservation Fee is equal to 50% of the costs of the session package purchased with a max cap of ____$400.00___. Upon payment, the Photographer reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the Reservation Fee stated is non-refundable, even if event date is changed or wedding cancelled for ANY reason on behalf of the Client. The Reservation Fee is to be paid at time of parties signing this contract. The Reservation Fee is applied towards the total balance upon completion and submission of this Contract. Client understands and agrees that the entire amount owed for the session is due two (2) weeks before the session/event date. Location Costs & Fees If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session the Client will be responsible for those fees. Session Fee covers travel within the Colorado Springs area only. Any location outside of these limits will be subject to an additional charge of ____$0.55/mile_____ and ___$60/hour___ prorated per minute as determined by the Photographer. CANCELLATION In the event the Client must cancel their wedding photography for reasons beyond their control, and balance above the Reservation Fee is paid prior to the event/session, the Photographer agrees to refund all money paid, excluding the Reservation Fee and any services rendered prior to the date of the cancellation.
