Bridal Party at the Hilton - An Eventective User from Colonial Heights VA

In March 2011, I was hosting a Bridal Party for my sister in law Megan. I needed a space that would hold over 50 people and we did not want to hold it in our homes. I contacted the Hilton Garden Inn in Colonial Heights VA to see if I could reserve a Meeting Space. The one thing I like about the Hilton is that I can send my inquiry online, it is a lot easier to contact people using email and getting a response back through email. They responded within 24 hours and I decided to reserve the space. The coordinator's name was Stacy and she was very helpful, after I paid and reserved the location she called to set up a meeting with me so we could discuss what I wanted/needed. I met with her and explained what would be happening and that I would need minimal help that I could take care of the decorations I would just need 6 round tables for people to eat. They gladly helped with my request. The morning of the Party I arrived a bit early to set up, Stacy was there the whole time and help set up everything including the food when my help backed out. The party went off without a hitch and the whole Hotel was really nice and gracious. I would rent a space from there again in a second. Stacy was truly a big help she came back several times during the party and made sure everything was going smoothly and making sure we didn't need anything like more ice etc. She also had two helpers stay in the meeting space and help with food, gifts whatever I needed they helped me out with it. I am pleased with the service we received, we even rented a few hotel rooms from them for our out of town guests and they lowered the price of the overall rental.
