With your $300 retainer, RCR will evaluate your event's basic needs by telephone and/or virtual communications, and assist you in locating the best venue for your budget and event needs, provide basic designs solutions, set up appointment with caterers, negotiate tastings and entertainment evaluations, review contracts to assure you are getting the best prices for your budget, locate decor and service vendors to help pull everything together. We will help you secure hotel blocks for your guests, help maintain your guest list, assure special needs are met, and make travel arrangements. This package is for the person who needs someone to pick up all the details.

Terms and Conditions
Client must book a minimum of 60 days in advance of their preferred event date. Retainer fee is non refundable and is applied to the total amount owed. Total package price is dependent upon the size of your event.
Our initial consultation will be to establish a connection and see how RCR Event Services can be of service. This is a 1 - 2 hour consultation to establish compatibility and your needs. Whether it's an intimate outdoor wedding ceremony or a grand gala and fundraiser, RCR Event Services can provide both planning and budgetary allowances, location selection, layout and event design, event decor including floral arrangements, ambient lighting, tablescapes, entertainment and amenity contractors, and event labor.
