To give you some information, we are located directly on the Banana River with nightly sunsets and right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean (Cocoa Beach) providing sunrise each morning. Our 100% PRIVATE property offers an outdoor waterfront (edison light lit) patio space that can comfortably sit 10-120 guests, as well as we have accommodations for up to 54 guests to stay on-site throughout our 10 fully-equipped villas. In addition, our property hosts a fire pit, gas grill, outdoor shower, waterside seating, fishing dock, sunbathing deck, and a beach area for river access. We also have yard games (corn hole, ring toss, giant Jenga and Connect4), as well as our BRR Boathouse which houses our complimentary kayaks, paddle boards and beach toys which are all available for guest enjoyment. Our venue is rented for event stays in 3, 5 and 7 day increments making our property the perfect location for your wedding, parties, family reunions, group stays, corporate retreats and all other event/celebration weekends. Please note, BRR is all-inclusive as in you have 100% private use of the property and all accommodations for the entire stay - but BRR is simply your event stay venue. We do not provide any vendor services ie; tables, chairs, dj, photography catering or etc. Event services and vendor selections are at your personal discretion. Our only requirement is that they are licensed and insured. We would LOVE to give you a tour of the venue and all of our accommodations. Generally we do tours Mon-Thurs (depending on guest check in's). Simply let us know what day / time you would be interested in and we will get your added to our tour schedule.
