The Cochrane RancheHouse is a premier wedding venue offering five flexible event spaces catering to groups ranging in size from 5 to 200 guests. Views of the Rocky Mountains are visible from the expansive outdoor Courtyard creating the perfect backdrop for your wedding ceremony. The rustic decor presented throughout the venue creates a tranquil and romantic setting for an elegant reception. The Chinook Dining Room provides a rustic and elegant setting for a wedding, party or special event. The open beam ceiling compliments the breathtaking views of the historic Cochrane Ranche and the Rocky Mountains that can be seen through the large glass doors and windows surrounding the room. French doors open to a wrap around veranda complete with picnic tables for your guests to enjoy the outdoors. The large green space and courtyard adjacent to the Chinook Dining Room provide a tranquil location for a wedding ceremony or outdoor gathering. The Chinook Dining Room has a maximum dining capacity of 200 guests including space for a dance floor and buffet tables. AV equipment available in the Chinook Dining Room includes: a podium & microphone, projector screen, projector, and built in sound system.

The Hall of Vision is the centerpiece of the Cochrane RancheHouse with its beautiful hardwood floors and the large distinctive river-rock fireplace. The open beamed ceilings and the ambiance of rustic grandeur will make you feel like you are hosting/attending an exclusive event. Large windows on both the south and north walls allow for plenty of natural lighting to come in and two sets of french doors create easy access to the stunning Courtyard facing the historic Cochrane Ranche site. The Hall of Vision is a premier venue that is able to accommodate many different layouts to suit all your event needs. The maximum dining capacity for the Hall of Vision is 112 guests banquet style. A maximum of 80 guests is recommend if a dance floor is required.
