The venue is just stunning! It is clear that Jane Darnell cares about the venue but more importantly the relationships that she builds with the couples that she serves. She was hands down the main reason that my husband and I decided to book the venue. Aside from the venue being gorgeous inside and out, Jane walked us around the venue and allowed us to ask any questions. After we booked, Jane promptly answered questions that arose over a span of several months and let us schedule venue tours with other vendors that we had chosen. She was easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. Over the months, she would fill us in on major or minor updates that she had made to the venue. The venue was clean and ready to go for our wedding the night before, Jane greeted us at our rehearsal and made sure that everyone had what they needed for it to be a successful night. She checked in on my husband and I and made sure that we were okay with everything the night before our big day. On the day of our wedding, she communicated with us the time that she would be arriving to the venue and when we could access the bridal and groom suites. She was helpful when the bridal party was getting ready. She even offered up her office as a changing space when she could tell that the bride just needed some time to herself. She checked in on everyone throughout the night and made sure that things were running smoothly. Overall, we loved the venue but what we will have memories of is how much Jane treated us with genuine interest and care when working with us. If we went back and did it all again, we wouldn't change a thing. We could not be happier with our experience with Midway Arches!
