The Hayloft on the upper level features over 800 square feet glistening under a 36 light European crystal chandelier. Dramatic vistas of our vineyard, cabin and grounds can be seen from this level and the elevated deck adjoining the room. The floors of this space are the original exterior barn boards and the original hay loft ceiling all dating to the the late 19th century.

The Stable Room on the lower level of our Red Barn features a 700 square foot room opening to an expansive covered patio space overlooking our grounds.

THE COVERED PATIO DECK - Available year round, our 1200 square foot covered deck is adjacent to The Tasting Room. With the stone fireplace a focal point and views of our forest, this space will accommodate up to 100 guests for receptions.
Available Monday through Thursday for private rental when the winery is open. Also after hours Monday through Thursday and Saturday and Sunday after 7:30pm when incorporated with the rental of The Tasting Room.
THE TASTING ROOM - Available year round, the 2500 square foot tasting room is our premier space.
Featuring dramatic lighting, soaring ceilings, a 60' tasting bar and our barrel room as the back drop. This popular space accommodates up to 175 when rented along with The Covered Patio Deck.

Our Red Barn & Patio is our newest venue at Paradise Springs. The two story structure was rebuilt in June 2016 from our reclaimed 19th century barn that originally stood 12 miles away in Fairfax City, VA and moved to our grounds in the 1950’s. Suitable for anything from meetings to celebrations, the Red Barn features two floors of rustic yet elegant event space accommodating up to 120 guests indoors with additional space on the surrounding patio and upper level deck.

This popular venue is located next to our vineyard of Cabernet Franc. The open air, 1280 square foot semi shaded area can be divided into two sections each accommodating 40 people or 100 guests using the entire space. Each section has a separate bar area as well as 4 picnic tables.
Available April through October when the winery is open. Maximum of 100 guests.
