Penthouse Events CLE is the exclusive event planning company with 2 incredible rooftop venues in Ohio City. The Lantern Room is in Ohio City and includes over 3,000 square feet of light-flooded interior space with high ceilings and picture windows, and over 6,500 square feet of exterior wraparound deck space overlooking the city. It includes well-maintained foliage, an outdoor fire pit, and a large three-season soaking pool. It offers spectacular views of downtown Cleveland and Lake Erie. We can seat 120 with room for a dance floor or 150+ for a cocktail style reception. The layout of the space and deck allows for a great deal of flexibility, making it an ideal location for many types of events, from large weddings to intimate dinners and corporate events. The Ohio City Penthouse has the BEST unobstructed views of the city, Lake Erie and surrounding neighborhoods. Sitting atop of the historic 1925 United Bank Building, this venue is centrally located in the heart of Ohio City. The Penthouse is a boutique style venue for intimate events. We can seat a max of 80 guests with room for a dance floor or 125 guests for a cocktail style party. There is an amazing outdoor terrace that fits 60-80 guests, weather permitted. The space is ultra modern with floor-to-ceiling windows and a 360 degree view of the surrounding neighborhoods.
