License Fee (venue rental rate) is $25k plus the cost of expenses.
Licensee Fee includes the following services:
Rental of Jacobs Pavilion, house sound, house lights, house staircase from pit floor to stage as needed, house utilities, (1) production and operations meeting to take place at Venue prior to Event to go over details and needs.
License Fee does not include:
Labor Expenses, Event Staffing, Catering, Bar, Rental Furniture, Filming Location Agreement, Day of Coordination Fee, Cleaning Conversion, Additional Backline, Additional Production Needs, Service Fees, Tax and Guest Parking or Valet.
