This historic hotel is the epitome of beauty, grace, and elegance. Although a bit pricey; you cannot go wrong staying here
We are still hearing, a year later, how amazing our wedding venue was for our August, 2010 wedding at the Hyatt Arcade. We wanted our out-of-town guests who'd never been to Cleveland to really love the city. The Arcade was perfect for this, because everyone could go across the street to the 4th St district, walk down to the museum district, and have a ton of fun in the hotel itself. There are like three or four bars in the hotel, a couple of restaurants, and we spent several days there with our guests having a great time. The design of the place and the location in the city is just absolutely ideal. As for the wedding itself, Megan (the included planner) was AMAZING and helped me in every single step of the process. The staff was top notch (much like 5 star resorts we’ve been to), food was incredible (they even made awesome veggie food that people are still talking about), and the setup was perfect. I didn't have to think about anything. The price was so competitive - they were actually less expensive than nearly all of the venues we considered (we got a great, seated dinner with full bar and butler-passed ors d'oeuvres for about $72 with tax and grat per person!!). We got such cool, edgy pictures from the alleys, parks and cool buildings around it, & the "classic shots" inside. Even better, we got our hair and nails done at the salon in-house, and everything was so breezy that I never had to worry about a single thing. And the night of the wedding, they upgraded us to the Penthouse Suite! Lastly, they were so great to my vendors, two of whom were family members (my aunt is a florist and my uncle a videographer). They set my aunt up in a great space in the basement and she repeatedly talked about how nice, professional, and polite to her they were through her two days of setting up flowers. At night, the venue just looked magical. My relatives all joke about getting back for a reunion at the hotel again every year, since it was such fun.
