Amanda is a prop/object manipulation performer, fusing several types of circus traditions and dance styles to create a unique one-woman show suitable for any event. Shows can be performed in a stage setting, as a sideshow offering, or as wandering performance through an event footprint. A big hit for parties, festivals, corporate events, fundraisers, and more!
Rates for "day" or indoor shows start at $75/hr; fee includes music, costuming, a wide variety of props, and limited travel radius. Additional fees may apply for extended travel, specialized costuming, or other event-specific considerations. Props include: silk fan veils, leviwand, rope dart, Russian fans, double staves, dragon staff, flag poi, hula hoop, mini hoops, Isis wings, circle veils, light whip, veil poi, tech fans, contact staff, veil hoop.

Dance performances, and especially fire performances, need ample space to safely accommodate props. Actual space requirements may vary depending on which props you would like included in your package. More space allows for a more dynamic performance regardless of prop. Generally, Amanda brings a wide selection and uses many props throughout the performance, but is always open to specific requests.
Prop performances are WEATHER SENSITIVE. Amanda generally cannot perform in rain conditions, though a very limited range of day props may be available in lighter rain. Temperatures below 45*F may limit props or show type. Heavy winds prevent fire shows and may limit props in other show types.
In the event of a weather cancelation, Amanda offers FULL refunds (including the deposit) as long as we make the decision *before I leave for the event on the same day*. If Amanda has already left for the event, and has not traveled more than an hour, the balance less the deposit is refunded. If she has arrived for the event, or has traveled for over an hour, and it is raining, Amanda can offer up to a half hour of wait time to see if the weather clears; if at this point it is still raining, no refunds will be given.

Fire performances may require additional permissions and/or permitting from your venue or fire department. Amanda is fire safety certified through FAI and is insured for fire performance, as is her assisting safety staff. Amanda is able to assist with understanding and obtaining permissions needed for a fire performance.
Pricing starts at $300/hr, with a one hour minimum charge. All props, fire safe costuming, music, safety equipment, basic safety personnel, and limited travel radius included in the base fee. Additional fees may include prolonged travel, additional safety personnel costs, specialized costuming, or other event-specific costs. Amanda's performance fees do NOT include the cost of any necessary permits or other regulations that may be applied in your area or at your venue, these costs are to be paid by the event organizer.
