Our Gold package better known as “Wedding Management/Day of Coordination” is perfect for those who have all the planning and organization completed. We will ensure that all your efforts result in a tranquil, memorable and flawless wedding. Right away, complete one walk through to see the venue and discuss your overall vision. Then about 8 weeks before your Wedding Day, we’ll do a final walk-through, create a floor plan, timeline, contact all your vendors to confirm arrangement, and conduct your rehearsal & overall direction of your Wedding Day. Our Gold package provides an average of 25-40 hours of planning & coordination.

Our White Gold package, best known as partial planning, is perfect for couples who have selected a venue and some vendors, but need help with the rest. We’ll be available whenever you need us to answer questions, help hire the remaining vendors, have two venue visits to walk through design elements, floor plan design, timeline creation, and vendor management. We’ll help prepare and conduct your wedding rehearsal and overall direction of your wedding day. Our White Gold package provides an average of 40-60 hours of planning & coordination.

Our Platinum package is the creme de la creme of wedding planning services. It begins with a location scouting trip and meetings to discuss all your wedding ideas. We orchestrate your complete wedding vision. We’ll put together a design package, hiring & management of all wedding vendors, negotiation of contracts, manage your budget, design floor plans, timeline creation, reservation management and overall direction of the entire Rehearsal & your Wedding Day. Our Platinum package provides an average of 80-100 hours of planning & coordination.
