Events can be held between the hours of 7am-1am
$1250 for (8) hours
$60 Cleaning Fee
$85 each additional Hour
Security Deposit
We require a $200 deposit for all bookings to reserve your date! This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be deducted from the balance of your rental.
Includes:
- Furniture
- 9 round Tables
- 75 chairs
- (3) 6ft 0r 10ft tables
- Each additional chair needed is $5 per chair and $10 per table
Choice of the following
- Gold chivari chairs
- Silver chivari chairs
- Black or white folding resin chairs
- Ghost chairs ( up charge if $7)
- Silver and black dining chairs (up charge of $10)
ALL EVENTS held between the hours of 8 pm-1am have a required $185 for (4) hours $30 each additional hour. NONREFUNDABLE fee for security presence at the event. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you are hosting a micro event or event in which does not require the full 8 hours our traditional pricing allots please check out our hourly rates below.
Please note if you elect to go with our hourly rate ; it does not include set up and clean up times nor tables and chairs . You will need to account for these hours based on your need when you request the number of hours for your event!
