This package is solely for rental of the property for a 3 hour period. You will have full access to all of the amenities of our barn (indoor and outdoor). This will include full access to the kitchen & use of bar – clients provide alcohol - ($250.00 fee required if alcohol is present;bartender included.) This price consists solely of rental of the property on a Saturday which includes the outdoor ceremony site with arbor and the barn. Our barn is heated and cooled. There are tables and chairs to seat approximately 200 included in this fee. You will have full access to our kitchen which is equipped with two refrigerators, an ice maker, range, food warmer and prep tables. There is a bar available to stock your favorite beverages. We have a secluded bridal suite for your convenience and private parking. Five large chandeliers adorn the interior or our barn for optimal lighting. The rental time will start on your wedding day at 8:00 a.m. until midnight.
