Terms and Conditions

SET UP Contractor agrees to provide a suitable level performance area with a standard grounded A/C electrical outlet, and 6ft. table. Contractor further agrees that DJ set up, including booth shall be positioned with no incumberances such as dining tables etc., between it and the dance floor. PLANNING AND CONSULTATION Contractor agrees that its failure to complete planning, timeline, and or request forms (where applicable) may produce an adverse performance result, and will indemnify Old School Entertainment against any resulting non performance claims. Contractor agrees to assume complete liability for all claims of personal injury or property damage arising from the engagement noted herein and hold OLD SCHOOL ENTERTAINMENT harmless in all such cases except when caused by an employee/agent of OLD SCHOOL ENTERTAINMENT. OUTDOOR EVENTS Client shall provide suitable cover, adequate to protect the equipment and agent/employee of Old School Entertainment from inclement weather, or other adverse conditions. Should client fail to provide suitable conditions Old School Entertainment shall at its discretion postpone, or cancel a performance in the event of inclement weather, or hazardous condition without adjustment in remuneration to Old School Entertainment.
