FACILITY RENTAL: $1,000 - $5,000 Basic facility rental for up to 5 hours starts at $1,000 up to $5,000 depending on the venue you chose and the date. (The typical cost for venue rental on a Saturday evening is $3,000.) BAR & BEVERAGES: $4 - $40/person Price depends on the type of beverages served. Custom packages available. Bartenders are $150 per 50 guests for 4 hours. For sit down dinners, we recommend no more than 300 guests. The 500 capacity is primarily for Concerts and Corporate events. Administrative Fee: 14% of total invoice Taxable items : 7.8% - beverages, catering, linens, tableware, decorations, etc. (Staffing, facility rental, DJ are not taxable.) A non-refundable deposit of $500 reserves your date. Six months prior to your event a payment of 1/2 the total invoice including all services and amenities. Generally, the menu, bar, A/V, Entertainment, linens, etc. are all pre-finalized at the 6 month mark. The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks before your event. At this time, we get a final head count and make minor adjustments.
