Let's make your own event - historic! With a balcony that overlooks the theater, a real stage with theatrical lighting, a VIP Lounge with a private bar, pool table, and Baby Grand Piano, a full movie screen to play personalized videos, and a concert-level sound system. The 20th Century Theater provides amenities & opportunities that can not be emulated most anywhere else. Whether 50 or 800 guests, we have the space for you at the 20th Century Theater. For small affairs, you can rent our VIP Lounge or Grand Lobby for $700. It comes with a private bar, its own restrooms, a piano, and a pool table. It's like having your own secret Speakeasy lounge all to yourself. Many of our events include the VIP Lounge in conjunction with the Theater space . Patrons can rent the entire facility for 4800 which includes the Grand Lobby, VIP Lounge, and Theater. (Eliminating the VIP Lounge and balcony saves you only $300, so you might as well go for it!)

Our full-service event package saves you money and time. Why pick and chose what amenities to select when you can have it all?! Check all the boxes: DJ, Designer Lighting, Movie Screen, Tables, Chairs, set up/break down, House linens and House dishware, Selfie Booth, and - of course - the Marquee - all the amenities - just add $1,900 onto your rental price. Starting at $4,100 up to 6,400 depending on the date you pick for your event. (Catering, bar, flowers, attire, and cake are not included in this package)

From Light Fare to Elegant plated dinners - we offer custom menus for our hosts and up to 500 guests. Our Theater space can comfortably seat up to 300 guests for White Glove dinners. We offer 3 service levels: Casual (buffet), Formal ( stations) and Elegant (plated) depending on your menu and service preferences.

Our Theater holds up to 380 people. Prices range from $1250 for Sunday - Thursday to $2550 for Saturdays. The Theater is great for wedding ceremonies, receptions, concerts, parties, and corporate events. We also boast a VIP Lounge / Green Room that comfortably holds 50 people for a more relaxed, party atmosphere for just $300 when renting the Theater area. The Lounge has it's own private bar and bathrooms and a pool table. It serves as our Bridal Suite, Green Room, or a small party room. For concerts, movie showings or theatrical performances, the Theater becomes seating. Upstairs has a balcony off the VIP Lounge that seats about 200 people. Our Grand Lobby holds a full service bar that can also serve as a meeting area.
