We will arrive a few minutes prior to the event to set up before your scheduled time. The GameTruck takes up 6 parking spaces in length (about the area in front of a standard house). It is the contact's responsibility to ensure that The Game Truck has adequate pull in, parking and pull out at the address provided for the booked event. Additionally, if we are to pull through gates or overhangs we'll need 10 feet width and 12 feet height respectively. Additional time spent beyond the standard set up time waiting for vehicles to move, or parking The Game Truck in a location other than in front of the house or place of business will go against the booked time. The event contact is responsible for approving the video game rating or video game titles that are appropriate for the event attendees and will be given an opportunity to select the games at the beginning of each event. Events that are canceled (or changed) within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the contact, will be billed the full amount. If the event is rescheduled to take place within 30 days of the original event when the event is cancelled the entire cancellation fee will be used as partial payment for the rescheduled event.
