Welcome to Gather SD Coworking Space! By purchasing and using a day pass, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
Pass Usage: The day pass grants you access to our coworking space facilities for one full day during our operating hours.
Check-In/Check-Out: You must check in by sending a message to info@gatherheresd.com & by sending payment through Zelle at info@gatherhersd.com (registered as Harold Place LLC). Please check out at the end of your visit to return any borrowed items and ensure your departure is recorded.
Access Restrictions: Your day pass grants you access to the common areas of the coworking space only. Private office spaces and reserved desks are not included unless specified otherwise.
Workspace Etiquette: Please respect the workspace and coworkers. Keep noise levels to a minimum, clean up after yourself, and refrain from any behavior that may disrupt others.
Internet Usage: You are provided access to our high-speed internet connection during your visit. Any misuse of the internet, including illegal downloading or streaming, is strictly prohibited.
Property Damage: Any damage caused to the coworking space property, including furniture, equipment, or facilities, will be your responsibility to cover the costs of repair or replacement.
Personal Belongings: We are not liable for any loss or theft of personal belongings during your time at the coworking space. Please ensure you keep your belongings secure at all times.
Guest Policy: Your day pass is valid for your use only. Guests accompanying you will need to purchase their own day pass or adhere to our guest policy if applicable.
Health and Safety: You are responsible for your own health and safety while using our facilities. Please follow all posted guidelines and instructions, including those related to COVID-19 safety measures.
Liability Waiver: By purchasing and using a day pass, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with using a shared workspace. Gather SD and its affiliates are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during your visit.
Termination of Access: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the coworking space at any time if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions or engage in behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
Refund Policy: Day passes are non-refundable unless the coworking space is unable to provide access as agreed upon due to unforeseen circumstances.
Changes to Terms: Gather SD reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or posted notices within the coworking space.
By purchasing a day pass and entering our coworking space, you indicate your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Enjoy your time at Gather SD!
Rental Time Frames (5 hours each):
Morning (8 AM - 1 PM)
Afternoon (1:30 PM - 6:30 PM)
Evening (7 PM - 12 AM)
Rate: $400 per Time Frame
(includes set-up time, event time, and break-down time)
If you require additional time, you must book 2 time frames.
Every Rental Package includes:

Other charges:
$75 cleaning fee (per event)
$100 booking fee to reserve the date

$15/pc full-drape dinner table linen rental
$20/pc pleated, full-drape buffet table linen rental
$10 per event if bringing an outdoor bouncy house or other play equipment using electricity
$15 per event if cooking outside (taquero, portable pizza joint, barbecue, etc.) using electricity

TERMS and CONDITIONS
Payment Methods
The Event Host may remit payment using one of the following methods: (1) by Zelle to info@gatherheresd.com (2) by check mailed to 861 Harold Place Unit 207 Chula Vista CA 91914 (3) through TagVenue platform.
Cancellation
The Event Host may cancel the Agreement at any time up to 7 days before the Event Date by providing written notice of such election to gatherSD, at no cost to the Host. If the Host elects to cancel the agreement within 6 days before the Event Date, the Host will be charged 50% of the deposit paid and any expenses incurred in good faith by gatherSD in preparation for the Host’s use of the Venue. For cancellations 24 hours before the Event Date, the Host will be charged 100% of the Rental Costs and any expenses incurred by gatherSD.
Damages
The Event Host shall be responsible for all damages to gatherSD, its furnishings, fixtures, or any other property belonging to gatherSD, caused by the Host, their guests, vendors, or any third party associated with the event. In the event of damage, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. If damages exceed the amount of the security deposit, the client will be invoiced for the additional charges.
Deposits
Reservation Deposit:
A reservation deposit of $100 is required to secure a booking. This deposit is due at the signing of the contract and will be applied to the final invoice.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of $250 is required and must be submitted 14 days before the event. The security deposit will be refunded within 2 days after the event, provided there is no damage or violations of the terms and conditions outlined in the rental agreement. If damages exceed the amount of the security deposit, the Event Host will be invoiced for the additional charges.
Inspection and Walkthrough:
A pre-event inspection will be conducted with the Event Host to document the existing condition of the venue. Any pre-existing damage will be noted and shared with the Event Host.
Indemnification
The Event Host shall indemnify, defend and save harmless gatherSD, its officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all loss, cost (including attorneys' fees), damage, expense and liability (including statutory liability and liability under workers' compensation laws) in connection with claims, judgments, damages, penalties, fines, liabilities, losses, suits, administrative proceedings, arising out of any act or neglect by the Event Host, their agents, employees, contractors, Lessees, invitees, representatives, in, on or about the venue. This indemnity shall survive the termination of this Agreement. The Event Host hereby releases gatherSD from any and all liability or responsibility to the Event Host or anyone claiming through or under the Event Host by way of subrogation or otherwise for any loss or damage to equipment or property of the Event Host covered by any insurance then in force.
Insurance
The Event Host shall, at their own expense, obtain and maintain throughout the term of this agreement, comprehensive general liability insurance coverage. The coverage shall be in amounts not less than $1M, with gatherSD listed as an additional insured. Respectful Conduct:
Please treat the venue and its staff with respect. All attendees are expected to behave in a courteous and considerate manner.
Outside Catering:
Outside catering is allowed; however, please coordinate with our staff in advance to ensure a seamless setup and compliance with any regulations. Cleanup and removal of catering equipment are the responsibility of

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Rehearsal Space)
Welcome to Gather SD! By booking and using our rehearsal space, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
Booking and Payment:
Rehearsal slots must be booked in advance by calling (800) 820-0634 or by sending a message to info@gatherheresd.com. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received (through Zelle to info@gatherheresd.com; registered as Harold Place LLC). You will receive confirmation from us via email or other agreed-upon communication channels.
Usage Time:
Your booking grants you access to the rehearsal space for the agreed-upon duration only. Please arrive and depart promptly to avoid inconveniencing other renters.
Access Restrictions:
Your rental grants you access to the designated rehearsal space as agreed upon in the booking. Access to other areas of the facility (kitchenette and coworking space) may be restricted unless otherwise specified.
Equipment Usage:
Any equipment provided as part of the rental is to be used with care and returned in the same condition as received. Any damage caused to equipment during your rental period will be your responsibility to cover the costs of repair or replacement.
Utilities Usage:
Utility fees may be charged for the use of air conditioning or heater. It will be set to a flat rate of 50% increase in rental rate during peak usage periods.
Health and Safety:
You are responsible for your own health and safety during your rental period. Prioritize safety during rehearsals by avoiding any risky or dangerous movements that could lead to injury. If you encounter any hazards or maintenance issues, please inform staff immediately.
