If you have something else in mind, please don't hesitate to ask! BASE PRICING *note this is our base price based on 120 guests, this does not include the price of drinks. You will have to option to have an open bar, have your guests purchase drinks, or give each guest a certain number of tickets. The options are endless. The pricing here is to give you a rough idea. We can use any of our snacks to be wedding favours and have add a custom designed label to commemorate your special day. The pricing would the same as the snack bar plus an extra $100 for design and custom labels. $100 + COST OF SNACKS

We will provide brewed coffee, cups, stir sticks, cream, premium syrups and sugar at a cost of $125 set up fee +$10 per caraffe paid by the host. The coffee will be set up on a table outside of the bar so guests can serve themselves. Guests can come to the bar to purchase add-ins such as Bailey’s or whiskey.

As your guests enter we will welcome them with a signature cocktail of your choice or, there is the option of doing his and hers cocktails in the welcome

$40 per hour per bartending with YOU providing all the mixes, ice, garnishes, liquor license etc. pricing would be similar with the trailer because it is actually more work for us to unload and bring everything in another venue to set up the bar there.
