The rental fee is $3,500 for weekday events and $6,000 for weekend events, including Fridays.
The rental includes:
5,000 square foot historic barn.
3,000 square foot lawn area.
12’ x 16’ stage and stage lighting.
String and accent lighting.
Misting system for hot days or 15 heat lamps for cooler evenings (propane is an additional fee).
Trash receptacles are provided along with guest service personnel to ensure they are emptied regularly during the event.
Three fully equipped air-conditioned restrooms stocked with ample toiletries. One restroom is ADA-compliant and features a baby changing station.
The Barn also includes seating options if desired. Ten three-bench round fiberglass patio tables, nine six-foot fiberglass picnic tables, nine 29” round metal tables, ten 37” square metal tables, and 60 chairs.
Ample free parking.
Beer and wine available (additional fee).
Sound system and Sound Engineer available (additional fee).
Catering is not included, but we are happy to recommend several vendors.
Onsite lodging is available, along with restaurants and bars perfect for rehearsal dinners and gatherings. Guests can also enjoy onsite spa services including spray tanning, manicures, and pedicures.
