The W Hotel is a very cool place in Chicago, located right on Lake Shore drive, Chicago's most historic street, next to Michigan Ave. The lobby of the hotel is breathtaking, as soon as you walk in, you feel the presence of the staff, people will be guided to the conference room, where all the amenities are taken care of and there is sure to be a flawless night. Guest commuting into the city, can stay at the hotel, but be warned, prices are expensive. At about $200 usd a room, it may be better to take cheap options in the loop, on Adams or Madison. The crown jewel of the venue is the "Sky Bar", located on the 33 floor, which is a circle room, with dance floor, stocked bar and an unmatched view of the break taking Chicago sky line. Guests can enjoy a cocktail in between meetings, and mingle with Chicago's elite. Another great thing to note about the venue, is you are so close to the beach. You can get to Oak Street beach which is almost like a private beach right in the heart of the city. Definitely a highlight. Also you are really close to some of the best shopping and entertainment, also restaurants in the city. With Rush and Division a short cab ride away, guests are sure to stay entertained and enjoy the best area of Chicago. All in all, this venue is meant for the serious movers and shackers and will be ideal if the event is meaning to impress guests meant to leave an impression of class and sophistication.
