Great for parties, any intimate experience is enhanced in this space, 1000+ square feet, with ceilings about 8 ft. Located just south of the University of Chicago and Museum of Science and Industry, it's easily accessible from Lake Shore Drive and The Dan Ryan Expressway and by CTA Green Line, Red Line, and buses--the nearest bus stop is a 1 minute walk away. Street parking is free on the main and side streets.
Comfortably able to seat 40+ people, dependent on your choice in furniture & arrangements, the entertainment room is outfitted with a counter height copper bar, and a small stage. The space can be used to host parties, presentations, Paint and sips, baby showers and other events. There's an additional attached room for storage, serving food, breakout discussions--- you name it.
Furniture options are included, but guest are welcome to bring items that better suit their needs. Free street parking is available.
