At Alinea, the only 3-Michelin Starred restaurant in the Midwest, each guest will receive anywhere from 10-14 courses with carefully curated wine pairings.

Next constantly explores the world of cuisine, changing our prix fixe menus and dining experience completely a few times a year. Founded by chef Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas, Next has received an unprecedented twenty-one 4-star reviews from the Chicago Tribune, a James Beard Award as Best New Restaurant in America and a Michelin star for three consecutive years.
When booking an event at Next, you and your guests will receive the current Chef's Tasting Menu and Reserve Wine Pairings. We can accommodate parties of up to 30 in the main dining room or up to 50 for a full venue buyout. For smaller groups, there is a beautiful 10-person private dining room available for rental.

We’ve built our kitchens to be the restaurant at Roister. Our chefs are an integral part of service. Roister’s food is rooted in primal cooking techniques - with a modern twist - centered around our open-fire hearth.
Roister offers a multitude of event experiences from large parties to semi-private and private dining. Their dining room allows customized arrangements to accommodate cocktail-style events or banquet seating. In the warmer months, enjoy their ceiling to ceiling open air windows or sit with your group on the breezy patio.

Supper Clubs are a Midwestern tradition and our St. Clair Supper Club is named after Chef Achatz's hometown in Michigan. Just below Roister, we've created a comfortable spot to enjoy first-class Prime Rib, Sweet Brandy Old Fashioned, and other delicious dishes and daily specials for up to 35 guests.

The Aviary is a place to engage all the senses – sights, smells, sounds, temperatures, and tastes. This brainchild of chef Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas is a restaurant for cocktails. The Aviary is a playground where your idea of what a night out drinking will be challenged and redefined.
We can accommodate groups of up to 20 and 35 in two semi-private spaces. For a full buyout, we can accommodate up to 80 guests cocktail style.
