Terms and Conditions
1. Rental Fee
* The rental fee starts at $175 per hour.
* A minimum rental period of 2 hours is required.
* Additional hours beyond the initial rental period are billed at $175 per hour.
2. Reservation and Payment
* A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to secure the booking.
* The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.
* Accepted payment methods include cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal
3. Cancellation and Refunds
* Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
* Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
* In the event of a cancellation, the deposit can be applied to a future booking within one year, subject to availability.
4. Operational Hours
* The photo booth will be operational for the duration of the rental period.
* Set-up and take-down time are included in the rental fee but do not count against the operational hours.
5. Set-Up and Take-Down
* Set-up will begin 1 hour prior to the rental start time.
* Take-down will commence immediately after the rental period ends.
* The client must provide a suitable space for the photo booth, including access to a standard electrical outlet within 10 feet.
6. Usage and Conduct
* The photo booth is to be used for taking photos only.
* Any misuse of the equipment or behavior that poses a risk to the equipment or attendants will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
* The client is responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by guests.
7. Photo Delivery
* Digital copies of all photos taken during the event will be provided to the clients.
* Physical prints, if included in the package, will be delivered on-site during the event.
8. Liability
* The photo booth rental company is not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages arising out of the use of the photo booth.
* The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the photo booth rental company against all claims, damages, and expenses.
9. Privacy
* The photo booth rental company respects the privacy of the client and guests.
* Photos will not be used for promotional purposes without the client's explicit consent.
10. Force Majeure
* The photo booth rental company is not responsible for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or other emergencies.
