I recently attended a meeting here for a corporate event at this great venue. First of all I must let you know that everything here from the lamp shades, to the sculpted designs to the flooring is recylcled and salvaged into worable and beautiful works of art. I really like that they are 100 percent green and also have some of the best amazing designs and architecture Ive seen. The designers really transform these used materials into something wonderful and usable. They have two floors here and our event was held on the second floor. The decor was so inviting and truly unique, they also had amazing lighting and array of very cool modern and contemporarry furniture that matched our event prefectly. They also have a store, which I believe is on the first floor were you can buy the furnishings and decoration, as well as a website, were they sell their amazing furnisinghs. I would recommend this place for a meeting as it was trully unique and beatuful and the people workin the event were all very nice and kind. Five stars!
My cousin was married at Salvage One, my favorite part of the event was the atmosphere. Salvage One is in the business of selling old artifacts so the building had a lot of interesting rustic items featured around the shop area. The wedding itself was held in the courtyard. It was a medium sized wedding and was able to accommodate the ~100 people there. I am a big fan of architecture so the building itself, and it being located to other old buildings was a fantastic sight. The staff working there were very helpful and knowledgeable about the artifacts. I had an excellent time and would recommend the venue to anyone looking to have a memorable medium sized wedding in a beautiful location that everyone can appreciate.
Salvage One is an amazing place to get married! It's so unique. It's small enough to have that intimate feel, but large enough to accommodate a large wedding of a few hundred. There are indoor and outdoor accommodations, and your pictures will be so amazing with the backdrop of architectural salvage pieces. The people there are fantastic and extremely professional and can help with all aspects of putting together your wedding. They were able to help with coordinate with our caterers, DJs, minister, photographer and were extremely flexible with arranging the dress rehearsal. The outdoor location is lovely, with a small covering for the ceremony including benches for both sets of parents. Chairs can be set up surrounding this area so that guests really feel as though they are a part of the ceremony. The rooms set aside for the groom and grooms men and bride and bridesmaids were also stunning, with large mirrors, tapestries hung, eclectic chairs and couches. Again, the pictures in these areas are breathtaking. The dance floor was great, and our guests really loved the reception before the wedding in the main shop area, with the dancing and dinner upstairs after the ceremony. Finally, the rooftop area set aside for private photos before or after the ceremony was great. We loved the backdrop of the city skyline and lights. Overall, Salvage One was a gem to find and an ideal spot to wed for those who want a more unique, eclectic feel for their wedding day.
