My name is Mike O’Donnell, a professional magician and Chicago’s leading provider of magic and amazement. While my stage presence is calculated and precise, my magic is very nonchalant and inviting, embracing laughter and curiosity throughout the entirety of my performances. I specialize in close-up/ strolling magic. Unlike other magicians that claim to "do-it-all" all of my expertise is in walk-around strolling magic. This type of magic really requires a certain type of person that must have a likable and out going personality, and makes the experience both enjoyable and memorable. These are qualities that I developed over many years of performing my craft. I can also perform a “stage” show that will entertain ages five to adult. My show is fast paced, interactive, and above all, it’s highly entertaining. I mix magic with mind reading abs other feats. A little information about myself. I’m the resident magician for a Michelin rated restaurant, Swift & Sons Steakhouse (for the past 4 years, 4 nights a week).
